Peanut Butter Fondue

 photo IMG_5276_zps3719b8f9.jpg

12 TB unsalted butter

24 oz white chocolate

2 cups creamy peanut butter

chocolate pound cake (cubed)

bananas (sliced thick)

apples (cubed)

strawberries (halved)

I made this without a fondue melting pot, so if you have one, use it! Just melt the first 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth. If not, follow these simple steps -

1. Melt butter in a double boiler over low heat on stove until it begins coating the pot

*If you do not have a double boiler, put a large non-stick skillet on top of a pot of water over low heat on stove. This keeps the chocolate away from a direct flame and prevents burning

2. Add white chocolate and peanut butter, stirring constantly until smooth 5-10 minutes

3. Serve with your choice of dippers, I love using chocolate pound cake and a variety of fruits
