Pub Cheese Spread

8 oz cream cheese

3 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

3 TB heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon horseradish dijon mustard

1/4 cup Blue Moon beer (anything but a light beer)


1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, salt, and mustard in a food processor until smooth

2. Add beer and continue processing until creamy

3. Store in refrigerator, remove one hour before serving

4. Best served with pretzels and melba toasts (also crackers and vegies)
